Third Howl [Audio]

[There's a long, drawn out whine of sorts, like one of the noises you typically make when really stretching out your muscles. She's in human form, though, so the pitch is significantly lower then her canine self's.]

Well. A new day and nothing to do, seems to be a recurrence here~ Mrrr, I'm headin' for the sushi shop, since I didn't actually get any last time; feel free to join, I'd never turn down company~

[Footsteps, her door closing, then a pause as she remembers something.]

Hey, Sora, how'd your exploring go? Manage to find anything entertaining enough for yer friend?

You got it; I'm hoping it's as good here as it was back home. Seem's bears mind the shop, but eh, s'long as the food's good I don't really care~

Well, I'd love to try it out~! I haven't had any yet, been mainly sticking to the other buffet.

A few people have said it's good here, so I'm inclined to believe 'em; you ever had sushi before?

[She's already in the elevator on the way to the sushi shop; she didn't get any last time since she ended up, ah... chasing North around the deck, but oh well. This time should be fun~!]

Haha, seriously~! [She's on her way! Not too far behind her new buddy, she gets to the shop a few minutes after. She took the stairs, so it took a little longer. ]

Hey! Over here!

[Rea waves from her spot at the long front bar, grinning widely. Yay, company! Female company! Mikaela's the only girl she's hung out with in person, honestly. Not that she minds, Mikaela's really cool!]

[She grins, and hurries over. Mikaela is seriously excited about this, too. Sam and 'Bee are great and all but uh...yeah. Mikaela needs female company sometimes. She's glad she's got Kate and Rea now, seriously.]

Hey!

[Her grin is about as wide as it could get right now.]

Nice t'see you again, hee. Thought an outing would be nice~ Plus, the sushi smells awesome!

[She flashes her a broad grin.[

Oh man, it definitely does. [And she's starving. Her stomach growls to prove that.

[Rea laughs and raises her hand to get one of the bears attention, grinning up at it when it approaches.]

Spicy avocado rolls pleaaaasee~!

I think I'll stick with a California Roll. [Better stick with what she knows instead of ordering something off the wall. Safer that way, she thinks.]

[The bear nods and turns to prepare the food, leaving Rea to stretch a bit and grin at her friend again. She's still just thrilled to be out of her room, honestly.]

So, how yah been? Boyfriend adjusting any?

[Mikaela is too. Being cooped up in her room all day every day can get boring.]

He's doing better, I think. Either that or he's hiding it really well.

Typical guy; either they're really fine or they're good at pretending~

[You learn this with brothers. And yes, staying in her room has been rather mind-numbing, despite the chattering going on over the comm.]

That's totally true. [She agrres; the comm chatter can only be so entertaining.]

So uh...what do you thinks going on? There's been some weird stuff over the comms lately...

[Rea sighs and stretches, rolling her shoulders a bit. C'mooon sushi.]

Not sure, honestly. Captains crazy, yes? God only knows how his mind works, and what he's doing with people.

[Mmmmhmm! Sushi!]

Yeah...that's kinda what 'm getting. He's a wacko, and no one knows what the heck the Golden Shore is. And now...random people...[It's just...freaky for her.]

Eh, I've met people like him before; unfortunately, they just seem to do as they please~

[The wolf sighs, then perks when the bear approaches with two plates-food! Finally!]

Thank you very much! Yay, sushi!

[This is how she cope's with weird situations; she finds something she loves and busies herself with it.]

Basically. [She perks also when the bears come back, eyes brightening a touch. She's ben /past/ the sushi bar several times, and shown it to Shockwave, but hasn't actually stopped long enough to sit down and eat.]

This looks awesome~!

[She tugs her plate closer, her stomach growling lightly as she smelled it. Yum.]

[Rea pops one roll in her mouth and sighs, chewing happily. Ah yes, she's been craving one of these since she found out there was a sushi shop on board. Her brothers didn't like it, she never got it at home; thank god for new friends~]

Okay, the comments were right, this place is amazing...

[Mikaela has decided this is probably some of the best sushi she's ever had.]

Yeah, it definitely is. [Mikaela would certainly be back, that much was for sure.] Maybe next time I'll try something different.

Well, why not try something new this time?

[The lycan grins and pushes her own plate towards the other girl, clearly inviting her to take one. C'mon Mikaela, yknow you wanna try it~]

These are goood, and they're not really spicy despite the name~

[She has a point. Mikaela is a big eater. She only hesitates for a second before snagging a piece of her new friends Sushi.]

...Oooh, this is awesome. [She grins at her, then nudges at her own plate.] You can have one of these if you want, but it's not as exciting as what you've got.

Don't mind if I do~!

[The lycan happily snatches one of her friends rolls and pops it in her mouth, chewing happily.]

Ah, California rolls, always a good standby! D'you like shrimp? If so, the Tempura shrimp and veggies is usually amazing!

Haha, yep~! 'S where I'm from, I think I'm like...required by law to eat it. [She grins, then nods.] Yeah, I like shrimp. I'll definitely have to try that.

Hah! Calgary's only got two good sushi shops - within my reach, anyways- and my brothers hate it so I never get it at home.

[A sigh and she munches on another of her own rolls.]

So this? Is one good thing about being here.

Yeah! We had fun just touring around. The floor that's flooded is kinda cool!

Flooded? Geez, haven't seen that yet! Glad to hear you had fun, though!

Yeah! It was pretty cool. It makes no sense, but whatever. You're coming next time! [there's no question there]
